Maybe the best coffee in all of Tübingen. An important point of contact, especially for fans of filter coffee. Roasted yourself!

In principle, the quality level of a third wave roastery is correspondingly high. The shop is minimalist and quite clean, not my taste, but that's subjective. A nice drum roaster (approximately 10-12 kg volume) from Giessen pulls the rear area. The flat white was strong, slightly fruity and poured with a befitting latte art, the milk had perfect microfoarm. However, this only relates to the second round, we let the first drinks go back because they were only lukewarm, the milk was far from the sweetspot. Of course you were too “hipster cool” to apologize for it. The piece of banana bread was tiny and not even toasted, decorated with two sprigs of thyme and a little powdered sugar, the price of 3.80 euros (!) Seemed rather usurious to us. Nevertheless, it is a coffee-related enrichment and I like to go back and revise my opinion. The store is relatively new and they are certainly evolving.

The girl totally ignored us for the first 10 minutes. She was just standing there and laughing with her male colleauge.... That was so unprofessional: clients waiting to be served and she just flirting during her shift. We decided to leave.
